You have to use your room key to get on the elevators that is very nice security. We got room #202 it had a great location on the corner near the steps with a view of the river/bridge. In-room dining is only available on Friday-Sunday FYI! The hotel staff has excellent customer service and the rooms are very clean. We booked directly on the Harrah’s website. We decided to go to the casino and actually stay in the hotel! Great idea! Best place to stay in the area hands down!! Very nice rooms and very spacious! We went during the week so the rates were very nice.
